My 2015 race calendar is starting to take shape, having just booked my place on the North Downs Way 50.  I’ve heard great things about Centurion Running and their races, so am really looking forward to taking part next year.

THE NDW50 IS A 50 MILE POINT TO POINT RUN ALONG THE NORTH DOWNS WAY NATIONAL TRAIL FROM FARNHAM IN SURREY TO KNOCKHOLT POUND ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF GREATER LONDON. TOTAL CLIMB: 5,600 FEET. NOW IN IT’S 5TH YEAR THE COURSE REMAINS UNCHANGED IN THAT TIME & REFLECTS THE FIRST 50 MILES OF THE NDW100.

The North Downs Way 50 gives 2 UTMB qualification points.  I am also hoping to take part in the Stour Valley Path 100km in the summer for another 2 and maybe a Lakeland Ultra in the Autumn for 2 or 3 more.  That will give me the 3 I need for a UTMB CCC application for 2016 and then its just a question of crossing the fingers!
